Call of the Wild

A peaceful scene featuring a Western Meadowlark perched on a fencepost above grasslands and poppies, with tumbling boulders and hills in the background. The bird is making its distinctive flutey call to defend its territory. This piece was inspired by my journeys to the Sierra Vista Open Space Preserve.
